Drawing People
Objective: To use the concepts we have learned with drawing the human figure and facial proportions, and apply them to the rendering of a group portrait.
Steps:
1. Cut off a large sheet of craft paper, at least 2x3 feet in size.
2. Filling the page, draw a minimum of three figures, from the shoulders up, using the proportions of the human figure discussed during the previous class.
3. Using the different facial expressions that you drew from the "Drawing faces" lesson, give each person different facial characteristics.
4. Add a background to your picture.
5. Color your composition in neutral colors.
